Content is educational and is not affiliated with or endorsed by certification vendors (CompTIA, Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, etc.) unless explicitly stated.
4. Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
- One person, one account. Account sharing is prohibited.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or harassment.
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell content from the Service.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or automate access without written permission.
- Submit real, copyrighted exam material or content you do not have rights to.
- Upload malware or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
6. AI Forge Master — Generative AI
The AI tutor produces responses generated by third-party large language models. You agree:
- Not to use the AI for illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, jailbreaking, or to generate content that infringes others’ rights.
- You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for verifying any output before relying on it, and for ensuring you have rights to any content you provide as input.
- AI output may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete and is not a substitute for professional advice or formal certification training.
- We may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these rules. Rights-holders can report infringing output through Support.
7. User Contributions
When you contribute questions, lab solutions, or other content, you grant CertRealm a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, modify, and distribute that content within the Service. You retain ownership of what you create and warrant you have the right to share it.
8. Intellectual Property
CertRealm and its licensors own the Service, including the software, content (other than user contributions), branding, and design. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.
9. Subscriptions, Billing & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms, which cover payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics.
Paid plans (Forge Master, Grandmaster) renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You may cancel any time from your profile; access continues until the end of the current billing period. For refund requests, see our Refund Policy below or visit paddle.net.
10. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact us through Support and we will help coordinate with Paddle.
11. No Exam Guarantee & Service Availability
CertRealm is a study aid. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any certification exam. We also do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
12. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may delete your account at any time from your profile; on deletion, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertRealm disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertRealm’s aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. CertRealm is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
