Check your spam folder. If it's not there after a few minutes, request another one from the sign-in screen. Some providers (especially school and corporate domains) block transactional mail — try a personal address.
How do I reset my password?+
On the sign-in page, click 'Forgot password?'. You'll receive a secure link by email that lets you set a new password.
How do I change my email or display name?+
Open your Profile from the bottom navigation and edit your details there.
Can I delete my account?+
Yes — contact us through the form below and we'll delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
Is CertRealm affiliated with CompTIA, Cisco, AWS, or other vendors?+
