The Forge Pledge
A retention commitment, not a refund. If you put in the work and the exam doesn't go your way, we'll give you more time on the Forge.
How it works
- 1Enroll once you've set your Path Contract. Pick your target exam and a date at least 8 weeks out. The Pledge is for annual subscribers only.
- 2Practice on ≥80% of days in your pledge window. A "qualifying day" is any practice activity — a quest, quiz, flashcard session, lab, or exam simulator round. Your chronicle records it automatically.
- 3Self-report your exam result within 14 days of your target date. If you didn't pass, email us at support@certrealm.com with subject line "Pledge claim".
- 4We extend your subscription by 3 months. No cash refunds. The reward is more time on the Forge to keep practicing and re-take the exam.
What we promise
- • An honest prep window based on industry-standard study time.
- • A daily cadence and chronicle that keep you accountable.
- • If you show up and it doesn't click, we extend your access.
What we don't promise
- • We do not guarantee you'll pass — no honest study product can.
- • We do not issue cash refunds under the Pledge. The reward is additional subscription time.
- • We do not require exam score proof — the Pledge runs on trust and your practice adherence.
Fine print
- • Eligible: active annual Forge Master or Grandmaster subscription, opted into the Pledge before your exam window started, exam date set at least 8 weeks out.
- • Adherence: at least 80% of days in your pledge window with a qualifying practice activity.
- • One Pledge extension per exam attempt cycle.
- • If you cancel your subscription during the pledge window, the Pledge is voided.
- • Standard refund rights under our Refund Policy are unaffected.
- • We may decline claims that show signs of manipulation (e.g. mass-clicking to fake adherence). Use your judgement — practice in good faith.
